Shipping & Returns

All shipping is done through UPS this is the only carrier that has real time tracking. We have a $7.50 handling charge per order to cover the cost of shipping materials (labels, packing, and boxes). We only use new materials, and over pack all items to prevent damage to sensitive electronic items. An email will be sent at time of shipment will be sent with tracking information for your use.

All returns must have a RMA number when returned.

Shipping address:

LNN (Like New Condition) and NNB (New No Box) items must be returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
NIB (New In Box) and NIBBO (New in Box Box Opened) items factory sealed if this applies must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
